PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture and provide a deodorant by effectively utilizing incineration ash.
SOLUTION: The deodorant is manufactured by mixing the incineration ash pulverized into a fine powder shape with titanium oxide and heating it in a low oxygen atmosphere or a reducing atmosphere. The deodorant is applied to various malodors without choosing an object to be deodorized. Also, the incineration ash which is waste is converted to a useful material which contributes to environment improvement at a low cost.
