The invention relates to the field of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and specifically to a pharmaceutical composition for treating HIV infections containing as active ingredient at least one HIV protease inhibitor and also pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary substances with a specific quantity ratio of components. In addition the invention relates to a method for producing said composition and to a treatment method. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention has enhanced bioavailability and improved technological characteristics when compared to the prior art drug.
