PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation of a laser treatment apparatus.SOLUTION: A laser treatment apparatus according to the embodiment includes an illumination system, an observation system, an irradiation system, an illumination range change part, an irradiation condition setting part, and a control part. The illumination system illuminates the fundus oculi of a subject's eye. The observation system is used to observe the illuminated fundus oculi. The irradiation system irradiates the fundus oculi with a sighting light of a predetermined pattern and a treatment light comprising the laser light of the pattern based on a predetermined pattern. The illumination range change part is used to change an illumination range for the fundus oculi made by the illumination system. The irradiation condition setting part sets irradiation conditions of the sighting light and/or treatment light made by the irradiation system. The control part controls the illumination range change part on the basis of the set irradiation conditions to change the illumination range.【課題】レーザ治療装置の操作の容易化を図る。【解決手段】実施形態のレーザ治療装置は、照明系と、観察系と、照射系と、照明範囲変更部と、照射条件設定部と、制御部とを有する。照明系は、被検眼の眼底を照明する。観察系は、照明された眼底を観察するために用いられる。照射系は、所定パターンの照準光、及び、所定パターンに基づくパターンのレーザ光からなる治療光を、眼底に照射する。照明範囲変更部は、照明系による眼底の照明範囲を変更するために用いられる。照射条件設定部は、照射系による照準光及び／又は治療光の照射条件を設定する。制御部は、設定された照射条件に基づき照明範囲変更部を制御して照明範囲を変更する。【選択図】図４
