Aerosol container defining at least a first chamber, wherein a pressurized gas is contained, and at least a second chamber that is separated from the first chamber by a movable, gas-tight, solid wall, and wherein a closable outlet is in fluid communication with said second chamber, said second chamber comprising a leave-on dermatological composition comprising: -an oil-in-water emulsion, comprising one or more oils, the emulsion having an oil phase to water phase ratio of between 1:1 and 1:25 -one or more oil-in-water emulsifiers and -one or more active dermatological ingredients wherein said leave-on dermatological composition has a viscosity at room temperature of between 1 and 20,000 mPa.s and wherein said second chamber further comprises one or more physical foaming agents having a standard boiling point of -50 to 70°C.Linvention concerne un contenant aérosol définissant au moins une première chambre, dans laquelle est contenu un gaz mis sous pression, et au moins une seconde chambre qui est séparée de la première chambre par une paroi solide mobile étanche aux gaz, et dans laquelle une sortie refermable est en communication fluidique avec ladite seconde chambre, ladite seconde chambre comportant une composition dermatologique sans rinçage comprenant : – une émulsion huile dans leau, comprenant une ou plusieurs huiles, lémulsion ayant un rapport phase huileuse sur phase aqueuse compris entre 1:1 et 1:25 - un ou plusieurs émulsifiants huile dans leau et – un ou plusieurs principes dermatologiques actifs ladite composition dermatologique sans rinçage ayant une viscosité à température ambiante comprise entre 1 et 20 000 mPa.s, et ladite seconde chambre comportant en outre un ou plusieurs agents moussants physiques ayant un point débullition standard compris entre -50 et 70 °C.
