PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar type heating treatment device for endoscope comprising good operation property and thin outer diameter, without attaching a counter electrode board to an extracorporeal part.SOLUTION: There is provided a bipolar type heating treatment device for endoscope which opens and closes a treatment instrument 4 formed of a pair of stationary blade 4a and movable blade 4b by forward/backward movement of an operation wire 5, feeds heating current to the treatment instrument 4 through a coaxial cable 90 for heating a space between the stationary blade 4a and the movable blade 4b being an electrode.
