The elastic band may be arranged in a loop to enable the male accessory to be held with the male organ. The penile sleeve disposed within the elastic band. The penile sleeve may be arranged to hold and cover male organ. Further, the genitalia sleeve may be connected to the penile sleeve through a membrane. The genitalia sleeve may be configured to create an inner space to receive the human waste and covers male testicles without any contact thereof with the human waste.
