The present invention relates to a method for preparing washing water for washing fresh-cut vegetables comprising a Linum usitatissimum bark extract, and to a method for reducing microorganism of the fresh-cut vegetables using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method for preparing washing water comprising the Linum usitatissimum bark extract by extracting a Linum usitatissimum bark with an extraction solvent, filtering and concentrating the Linum usitatissimum bark, and diluting the Linum usitatissimum bark with water, and to a method for reducing the microorganism of the fresh-cut vegetables by treating the fresh-cut vegetable with the washing water.
