To provide a layered particle which contains ibuprofen and a component causing incompatibility with ibuprofen, and which reduces bitterness of ibuprofen and incompatibility with other components and has better leachability of ibuprofen.SOLUTION: A water soluble core particle is coated with a layer (inner layer), which contains ibuprofen and a swellable disintegrant, and the inner layer is further coated with a layer (outer layer), which contains a disintegrant, thereby forming a layered particle securing quick leachability of ibuprofen without sacrificing storage stability or ingestibility.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 本発明は、イブプロフェン及び、イブプロフェンと配合変化を生じる成分を含有するレイヤリング粒子において、イブプロフェンの苦味及び他成分との配合変化を抑制し、且つ、イブプロフェンの溶出性を改善したレイヤリング粒子を提供する。【解決手段】 水溶性の核粒子に、イブプロフェン及び膨潤型の崩壊剤を含有する層（内層）を被覆し、さらに、該内層に、崩壊剤を含有する層（外層）を被覆することにより、保存安定性や服用性を損なうことなく、イブプロフェンの素早い溶出性を確保したレイヤリング粒子を得られた。【選択図】なし
