The present invention relates to an oral insertion type collimator, in which an X-ray generating device is paled. The oral insertion type collimator having an air-cooling structure includes: a placement part in which an end part of the X-ray generating device is placed； an X-ray emitting part emitting generated X-ray by forming an opening on a side； and a radiating part protruding from an outer side. As the present invention employs the air-cooling structure, a part, occupied by the radiating part, is significantly reduced to easily insert a collimator into a mouth, and as the present invention employs a vertical structure, a horizontal structure, a diagonal structure, and a spiral structure as a structure of a radiation pin to increase a radiation effect.본 발명은 내부에 엑스선발생장치가 배치되는 구강내 삽입형 콜리메이터로서, 엑스선발생장치의 단부가 안착되는 안착부； 일측에 개구형성되어 발생된 엑스선을 방출시키는 엑스선방출부； 및 외측에 돌출 형성된 방열부를 포함하는 공냉식 구조를 가진 구강내 삽입형 콜리메이터를 특징으로 한다.본 발명은 공냉식구조를 채택함에 따라, 방열부가 차지하는 부분이 대폭 감소되어 환자의 구강내로 콜리메이터 삽입이 용이한 효과가 있고, 방열핀의 구조를 가로구조, 세로구조, 사선구조 및 나선구조 등 다양한 구조를 채택하여 방열효과를 증가시키는 효과가 있다.
