The present invention relates to a rehabilitation training system using a game-based functional electrical stimulus, and more specifically, to a rehabilitation training system using a game-based functional electrical stimulus, comprising: a game apparatus (100) wherein a game is played by game content selected according to a patient`s condition; and a functional electricity stimulator (200) for receiving, from the game apparatus (100), game information of the game played in the game apparatus (100) so as to implement an electrical stimulus to a rehabilitation-needed region adjusted according to the game information. The present invention relates to a rehabilitation training method using the game-based functional electrical stimulus, and more specifically, to a rehabilitation training method using the game-based functional electrical stimulus, comprising: a game play step (S100) for playing a game by the game content selected according to the patient`s condition using the game apparatus (100); and an electrical stimulus step (S200) wherein the functional electricity stimulator (200) receives, from the game apparatus (100), game information of the played game so as to implement the electrical stimulus to the rehabilitation-needed region according to the received game information. According to the rehabilitation training system and the rehabilitation training method using the game-based functional electrical stimulus, suggested in the present invention, if a patient plays game content using the game apparatus, the present invention implements the electrical stimulus to the rehabilitation-needed region adjusted according to the game information, such that the present invention can induce voluntary participation by enabling the patient to find the rehabilitation training interesting and enhance rehabilitation effects by the active participation in the rehabilitation training.본 발명은 게임 기반의 기능적 전기 자극을 이용한 재활 훈련 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 환자의 상태에 따라 선택된 게임 콘텐츠에 의해 게임이 플레이되는 게임
