According to various embodiments of the present invention, an apparatus for measuring biometric information comprises: a noninvasive planar sensor capable of sensing a bio-signal； and an analyzing module for analyzing multiple types of biometric information sensing bio-sensing signal sensed by the planar sensor based on a multi-variable analysis method. The planar sensor includes: a light irradiating module being in contact with a human skin, and generating visible and infrared light signals of specific spectra which can reach a skin layer or a blood vessel to irradiate the visible and infrared light signals on the human skin； a light receiving module for receiving each light signal of a spectrum reflected by the skin layer or the blood vessel of a human； and detecting module for detecting biometric information of a human for each spectrum received by the light receiving module to output the biometric information to the analyzing module.본 발명의 다양한 실시예들에 따른 생체 정보 측정 장치는, 생체 신호를 감지할 수 있는 비관혈 방식의 플래너 센서 및 상기 플래너 센서에서 감지되는 생체 감지신호들을 다변량 분석 방법에 기반하여 감지된 생체 정보들을 분석하는 분석 모듈을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고 플래너 센서는 사람의 피부에 접촉되어 목표하는 피부층 또는 혈관에 도달될 수 있는 특정 스펙트럼들의 가시광선 및 적외선 광신호들을 생성하여 사람의 피부에 조사하는 광조사 모듈, 사람의 피부층 또는 혈관에 반사되는 스펙트럼의 광신호들을 각각 수신하는 광수신 모듈, 및 상기 광수신 모듈에 수신되는 스펙트럼별 사람의 생체정보들을 검출하여 상기 분석 모듈에 출력하는 검출 모듈을 포함할 수 있다.
