PURPOSE: A rubber plug for an infusion bag, a safety cap including the plug, and an infusion bag having the cap are provided to facilitate punching by using a needle and to prevent fluid from leaking. CONSTITUTION: A rubber plug for an infusion bag comprises is constituted as follows. The rubber plug is injection-molded with a rubber material which does not chemically reacted. The rubber plug is used for sealing the opening of a port. The rubber plug includes an insertion conduit(411), a rim, and a shield(412). The insertion conduit has an entry path so that an introduction needle can be easily inserted. The rim is integrally formed in one side end of the insertion conduit.본 발명은 수액백의 포트를 밀봉하는데 사용되는 고무마개와 이를 구비한 안전캡 및 수액백에 관한 것으로서, 종래보다 두께가 얇아 도입침으로 천공하기 용이하고, 도입침으로 뚫을 때 고무파편이 생기지 않으며, 도입침을 밀어넣는 삽입도관이 도입침의 외면 쪽으로 수축하여 빈틈없이 밀착됨에 따라 도입침이 삽입도관으로부터 빠지지 않음은 물론 수액 누출도 방지되는, 수액백용 고무마개와 수액백용 안전캡 및 이를 포함하는 수액백에 관한 것이다.
