PURPOSE: A face mask and a method of manufacture thereof are provided to continuously providing active ingredients on skin and to maintain excellent adhesion and cohesive properties for any face shape.CONSTITUTION: A face mask(200) includes a patch main body in which the active ingredient is coated on one side and patch main body includes fixing units(210) for fixing the face of user at both edges. The patch is included on one surface and additionally includes a releasable paper which is exfoliated while in use. The patch main body has a size which can cover whole face of the user and is composed of elastic material. The fixing units are formed in extension parts in which both edges of the patch main body are extended to outside. The fixing unit includes holes in which ears are inserted. The patch main body additionally includes a chin cover extended unit which is extended from the lower part of the patch main body in order to cover the lower jaw side of the user. The chin cover extended unit has concave lower center unit, and tension intimate line units(220) are formed in the chin cover extended unit.
