PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug delivery composition having a tendency for an upper gastrointestinal passage pattern more reproducible than a single polymer matrix tablet.SOLUTION: Provided is a drug delivery composition containing an extruded spherical body. The spherical body contains: at least one active drug ingredient； at least one extruded spheronising auxiliary； at least one superintegrant； at least one glidant； at least one lubricant and/or at least one oil. It is desirable that the drug delivery composition is encapsulated, tableted and/or capleted. It is desirable that the extruded spheronising auxiliary is microcrystalline cellulose, pectin and/or ethyl cellulose. It is desirable that the superintegrant is sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium, or homopolymer of crosslinking N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone.【課題】シングルポリマーマトリックス錠よりも再現性のある上部胃腸通過パターンを有する傾向がある薬物送達組成物の提供。【解決手段】押出球状体を含み、前記球状体が、少なくとも１つの活性医薬成分、少なくとも１つの押出球状化助剤、少なくとも１つの超崩壊剤、ならびに、少なくとも１つの流動促進剤、少なくとも１つの潤滑剤および／または少なくとも１つの油を含む、薬物送達組成物。該薬物送達組成物の形状としては、カプセル封入される、または、錠剤および／もしくはキャプレットに圧縮されたものであることが好ましい。該押出球状化助剤としては、微結晶性セルロース、ペクチンおよび／またはエチルセルロースであることが好ましい。超崩壊剤としては、デンプングリコール酸ナトリウム、クロスカルメロースナトリウム、架橋Ｎ－ビニル－２－ピロリドンのホモポリマー等であることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
