The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tongs-shaped hook for easily clearing grass which comprises: a stick (4) which provides a handle (1) at the rear thereof a large hook (5) which is formed at the front of the stick (4) a small hook (2) which is formed to rotate in upper and lower directions on the basis of an axis (6) which is formed at the front of the stick (4) and an iron thread (3) which is connected between the small hook (2) and the handle (1), and rotates the small hook (2) when a handle (1) is pulled by a user. In particular, the present invention eliminates a process of collecting grass on a hook and throwing the grass away by hand, and sting by thorn.
