CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a facial mask pack with natural ingredients is as follows. A paper mulberry tree raw material is prepared by processing a paper mulberry tree using purified water. Sunset hibiscus liquid is prepared by soaking Hibisci Radix root in the purified water and filtering the Hibisci Radix root. Paper mulberry tree fiber mixture liquid is prepared by putting paper mulberry tree raw material and sunset hibiscus liquid into a cistern, dissolving the paper mulberry tree raw material and sunset hibiscus liquid, and removing the remaining skin. Skin care additive mixed solution is manufactured by adding the skin care additive to purified water. A first pack mixed solution is manufactured by mixing and stirring the paper mulberry tree fiber mixed solution and the skin care additive mixed solution. A second pack mixed solution containing gelled paper mulberry tree fiber is prepared by adding a gelation promotor to the first pack mixed solution and stirring the mixture. Moisture is eliminated from the second pack mixed solution. The second pack mixed solution is put into a freeze dryer and is quickly dried.본 발명은 천연 마스크팩 제조방법 및 그에 의하여 제조되는 천연 마스크팩에 관한 것이다. 이중 천연 마스크팩 제조방법은, 정제수를 이용하여 닥나무를 가공함으로써 닥원료를 제조하는 단계(S1)； 황촉규 뿌리에 상처를 낸 후 정제수에 10시간 이상 담가두고, 이후 황촉규 뿌리를 걸러 닥풀액을 제조하는 단계(S2)； 상기 닥원료와 닥풀액을 수조에 넣고 저어 닥섬유를 해리시킨 후 남은 백피를 제거하여 닥섬유혼합액을 제조하는 단계(S3)； 정제수에 미용첨가물을 혼합하여 미용첨가물혼합액을 제조하는 단계(S4)； 상기한 닥섬유혼합액과 미용첨가물혼합액을 혼합한 후 교반하여 제1팩혼합액을 제조하는 단계(S5)； 상기 제1팩혼합액에 겔화촉진제를 첨가한 후 교반하여 겔화된 닥섬유가 함유된 제2팩혼합액을 제조하는 단계(S6)； 및 상기 제2팩혼합액을 동결건조기에 넣고 급속동결건조하는 단계(S8)；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
