An apparatus for creating rectangular tunnels in the femur by using a rectangular dilator are disclosed. The dilator uses a slap hammer in an inside-out approach to create a rectangular tunnel beginning in the knee joint at the femoral ACL footprint to a depth dependent on the bone graft length. A similar method could be used for tibial tunnel creation.L'invention concerne un appareil pour créer des tunnels rectangulaires dans le fémur à l'aide d'un dilatateur rectangulaire.
