The present invention relates to a functional cosmetic composition for skin regeneration, comprising, as an effective component, an extract of seaweeds in which a single compound contained as an active ingredient in Porphyra dentata, dehydrated P-334, is enhanced. The single compounds P-334 and DP-334 isolated from the seaweeds promote the cellular growth of keratinocytes (HACAT cell). The single compound isolated from the seaweeds, DP-334, was found to have skin regenerative effects by increasing the protein and mRNA expression of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) detecting the epidermal growth factor, and accordingly, the single compound isolated from the seaweeds, DP-334, according to the present invention may be used in functional cosmetic compositions for skin regeneration that are effective for skin regeneration.본 발명은 잇바디돌김에 함유된 유효물질인 단일 화합물 Dehydrated P-334가 강화된김 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부재생용 기능성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 김에서 분리한 단일 화합물 P-334, DP-334는 피부각질세포 (HACAT Cell)의 세포 생장을 촉진시켰다. 김에서 분리한 단일 화합물인 DP-334는 상피세포 성장 호르몬을 감지하는 수용체인 EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor, 상피세포 성장 인자 수용체) 의 단밸질 및 mRNA 발현을 증가시킴으로써 피부재생 효과를 확인함으로서 본 발명에 따른 김에서 분리한 단일 화합물 DP-334는 피부재생에 효과가 있는 피부재생용 기능성 화장료 조성물에 사용될 수 있다.
