The present invention relates to a capsule endoscope with a biopsy member using rotating blades and an operating system thereof. The capsule endoscope of the present invention can control the movement without a separate trigger device and collect and store biological tissue in digestive organs, so the biological tissue can be simply collected by controlling only the size and direction of a magnetic field from the outside, without the use of a common endoscopic endoscope and an additional tool.
