PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phasing adder and an ultrasonic probe which can efficiently and appropriately acquire a signal while suppressing power consumption and maintaining an SNR from a received ultrasonic wave.SOLUTION: A phasing adder comprises: a delay charge transfer unit which includes a transferring and holding part for acquiring a signal charge of an amount obtained without amplification in accordance with an electric charge generated in each of a plurality of piezoelectric elements respectively having a piezoelectric substance generating an electric charge according to sound pressure of an input ultrasonic wave, and performing delivery while holding the signal charge by a prescribed time period over a plurality of preset stages and a delay addition unit which performs phasing addition of the signal charge held over the plurality of preset stages in the delay charge transfer part. The electric capacity of an initial stage holding part for acquiring and holding the signal charge at the first stage of the plurality of stages in the transferring and holding part and at the reception of the ultrasonic wave is larger than each electric capacity of subsequent stage holding parts for holding the signal charge at the second or subsequent stage in the transferring and holding part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】電力消費を抑制しながら、受信した超音波からSNRを維持しつつ効率良く適切に信号を取得することが出来る整相加算器及び超音波探触子を提供する。【解決手段】入力される超音波の音圧に応じた電荷を生じさせる圧電体をそれぞれ有する複数の圧電素子に各々生じた電荷に応じ、増幅されずに得られる量の信号電荷を取得して、それぞれ設定された複数段階に亘り所定の時間ずつ保持しながら受け渡しを行う転送保持部が設けられた遅延電荷転送部と、遅延電荷転送部においてそれぞれ設定された複数段階保持された信号電荷を整相加算させる遅延加算部と、を備え、転送保持部での複数段階のうち最初の段階であって超音波の受信時に信号電荷を取得して保持する初段保持部の電気容量は、転送保持部で二段階目以降に信号電荷を保持する後段保持部の各電気容量よりも大きい。【選択図】図3
