PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in practical use of a small neutron source, such as peeling of a Li film from a Cu cooling base.SOLUTION: A neutron source lithium target that generates neutrons in response to radiation and injection of protons, and a method of manufacturing the target are provided.
