The present invention relates to a portable X-ray generation device. An X-ray blocking plate blocking an X-ray beam is mounted to be adjacent to an X-ray tube to limit an irradiation area of the X-ray beam and is mounted in a fixed plate form instead of a diaphragm form. Therefore, the X-ray blocking plate can be small and light, and a collimator can be miniaturized and lightweighted with improved portability. The X-ray blocking plate of the fixed plate form can be replaced through an adaptor and thus the irradiation area of the X-ray beam can be variously controlled in accordance with needs of a user through replacement of the X-ray blocking plate. A visible ray blocking plate for displaying the irradiation area of the X-ray beam is formed of a light synthetic resin material. Therefore, the weight of the collimator can be reduced, and the portable X-ray generation device can be manufactured in a method of printing a transparent synthetic resin plate with an opaque paint.
