PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aorta part blocking device capable of accurately adjusting a cerebral blood flow to a target cerebral blood flow.SOLUTION: An aorta part blocking device 10 includes: a medical instrument 20 equipped with a balloon 21 (expansion body) expanded and contracted freely for partially blocking the aorta； a driving unit 30 for adjusting the expansion or contraction of the balloon； and a controller 40 (control unit) capable of setting a target cerebral blood flow Ft that can expand or contract the balloon by controlling an operation of the driving unit.
