PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to move movable beds of a particle beam treatment apparatus capable of moving the movable beds without executing complicated control.SOLUTION: A particle beam treatment apparatus 1 includes: a rotary gantry 4 in which a treatment room 12 for executing particle beam treatment is provided inside; an irradiation port 10 that can rotate together with the rotation of the rotary gantry 4; two annular track rails 20 provided at one end and the other end of the rotary gantry 4, in which a circular arc part 22 along the inner peripheral surface of the rotary gantry 4, and a horizontal part 23 along the floor surface of the treatment room 12 are formed; and a plurality of movable beds lined up along the track rails 20, which can move by their own weight. When the irradiation port 10 is at the circular arc part 22, the movable bed 21 falls by its own weight along the track rail 20, and the movable beds 21 in the horizontal part 23 get close to each other.
