The present invention relates to a system for controlling a temperature and ventilation of an insectarium, and a method for controlling the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system for controlling a temperature and ventilation of an insectarium, and a method for controlling the same, in which an independent ventilation fan control system installed in a conventional insectarium, a hot-air blower control system, and the like can be effectively operated and managed by considering composite factors such as an area, a season, an insectarium size, a ventilation fan, and a hot-air blower capacity. The system including an independent hot-air blower control device and a ventilation fan control device according to the present invention comprises an insect-rear control unit (IRCU) for controlling each of devices through a central control scheme by communicating with the independently ventilation fan control device and the hot-air blower control device which are used in an insectarium, when a control mode is set. The IRCU blocks a hot-air blower by the hot-air blower control device when a ventilation fan is operated by the ventilation fan control device, and blocks the operation of the ventilation fan by the ventilation fan control device when the hot-air blower is operated by the hot-air blower control device.
