A hydrogen water server 1 is provided with an electrolysis vessel 4 partitioned by a barrier membrane 43 into a positive-electrode chamber 40A and a negative-electrode chamber 40B, the electrolysis vessel 4 producing hydrogen water in the negative-electrode chamber 40B through electrolysis of supplied water, and the hydrogen water server 1 providing the hydrogen water produced in the electrolysis vessel 4. The hydrogen water server 1 is furthermore provided with a water storage tank 3, the hydrogen water produced by the negative-electrode chamber 40B being stored in the water storage tank 3. This makes it possible to provide hydrogen water at all times as required by a user, and increases convenience.
