The present invention relates to a snoring prevention device comprising a filter for snoring prevention and dustproof effect, and more specifically, to a snoring prevention device which is inserted inside a nose to secure the nose cavity, and comprises a replaceable filter. The snoring prevention device comprising a filter comprises: two cylinders (100) which are inserted in the nose cavity； and a connection member (200) which connects the two cylinders (100), wherein through holes (110) configured for passing of air are formed on a periphery of the cylinder； the connection member (200) is formed by a wire rod having elasticity； opening parts (120) for facilitating the passing of air are formed on each side portion of the cylinder (100)； an opening/closing stopper (300) is installed at an upper end of each cylinder (100)； a filter (400) is inserted and installed in the upper end of each cylinder (100)； and by closing of the stopper (300), the filter is secured in the upper end of the cylinder (100).본 발명은 코골이를 방지 및 방진효과를 위한 필터를 포함하는 코골이 방지구에 관한 것으로, 특히 코 속에 삽입하여 비강을 확보하여주면서도 교체가능한 필터가 설치되는 코골이 방지구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 비강에 삽입되는 두 개의 원통(100)과, 상기 두 개의 원통(100)을 연결하는 연결부재(200)로 구성되는 코골이방지구에 있어서, 상기 원통의 둘레에 공기가 소통할 수 있는 통공(110)들이 형성되고, 상기 연결부재(200)는 탄성을 가지는 선재(線材； wire rod)로 형성되며, 상기 원통(100)의 각 측면부에 공기소통을 원활하게 하기 위한 개구부(120)가 형성되고, 상기 각 원통(100)의 상단에 여닫이 마개(300)가 설치되며, 필터(400)가 상기 각 원통(100) 상단에 삽입설치되고 상기 마개(300)가 닫힘으로써 상기 필터를 상기 원통(100)의 상단에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터를 포함하는 코골이 방지구를 제공한다.
