Provided is a medical connector which, when introducing an introduction member into a blood vessel, is capable of performing hemostasis at a different site from a sheath introducer. A medical connector (12) connects a hub (16) of a sheath introducer (11) and a Y connector (13). The medical connector (12) comprises: a first tube part (63) which is inserted into an inner passage (29) of the hub (16) from a base end side and is capable of being connected to the hub (16) with the first tube part (63) being extended though a hemostasis valve (18) in the inner passage (29); a second tube part (64) which is connected to the Y connector (13); and a tube bore (55a) which communicates with the inner passage (29) of the hub (16) and an inner passage (43) of the Y connector (13). An introduction member (X) is introduced into the blood vessel through the inner passage (43) of the Y connector (13), the tube bore (55a) of the medical connector (12), and the inner passage (29) of the hub (16). Hemostatis is performed by a valve in the inner passage (43) with the introduction member being introduced.
