To provide an optical interference unit and an optical interference measurement device for reducing noises generated in the whole waveform of an interference signal.SOLUTION: An optical interference unit 20 includes: a brunch optical element 21； a multiplexing optical element 23； and at least one fiber device. The brunch optical element 21 branches a laser beam temporally swept in emission wavelength into a measuring beam and a reference beam. The multiplexing optical element 23 multiplexes the reference beam and the measuring beam reflected by a measurement object so as to interfere with each other. At least one fiber device includes a device 22A for reference beam. An optical path length of the reference beam transmitting the device 22A for reference beam from the device 22A for reference beam to the multiplexing element 23 is defined as a transmission beam path length. The optical path length of the reference beam reflected by the separation part of the device 22A for reference beam from the device 22A for reference beam to the multiplexing optical element 23 is defined as a reflection beam path length.
