PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scissor manual tool with an IC tag in which components such as screws necessary for mounting the IC tag to the scissor manual tool are reduced, and a risk of falling off is reduced.SOLUTION: A scissor manual tool with an IC tag includes a pair of scissor half-elements having two tip parts and grip parts extended to the tip parts, having a pair of scissor half-elements connected turnably, and including an IC tag held by a metallic holding component in at least one scissor half-element. The metallic holding component includes a mounting part mounted to the scissor half-element and a holding part for holding the IC tag. The IC tag includes at least an IC chip and a coiled antenna. The IC tag is held in the metallic holding component so that the holding part of the metallic holding component may not be overlapped with the coiled antenna of the IC tag, or is held in the metallic holding component so that a portion may be overlapped with.
