A method and a system for verificating panoramic images of implants are provided. The method includes an implant pattern adding step, an implant pattern adjusting step and a panoramic image verificating step. The implant pattern adding step is for moving a cursor to select an implant adding item of a menu, and then generating an implant pattern in a plane. The implant pattern is located at a starting position. The implant pattern adjusting step is for controlling the cursor to adjust the position of the implant pattern, and then move the implant pattern from the starting position to a target position in the plane. The panoramic image verificating step is for rotating the vertebrae pattern at a viewing angle according to the implant pattern as a center axis. The viewing angle is equal to 180 degrees. Therefore, the proposed verificating method of the present disclosure may allow physicians to correctly verify the relative positions of the implant and the vertebrae based on the suitable panoramic image.本發明提供一種植入物環景影像檢視方法，其用以檢視植入物圖像與被植入體圖像之相對位置。在植入物圖像之新增步驟中移動控制游標點選選單上之新增植入物項目於畫面中產生植入物圖像。透過植入物圖像位置調整步驟可操作控制游標調整植入物圖像之位置，並將植入物圖像從起始位置移至畫面中之目標位置。環景影像檢視步驟可依據植入物圖像所在之目標位置為中心軸旋轉被植入體圖像一角度以供檢視，角度可為180度。藉此，利用椎體繞著骨釘為軸旋轉，能讓醫師評估骨釘是否超出骨頭，並確認椎體與骨釘之間精確的相對位置。
