The present invention relates to aminochromane, aminothiochromane and 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives of the formula (I), or a physiologically tolerated salt thereof. The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such aminochromane, aminothiochromane and amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives, and the use of such aminochromane, aminothiochromane and amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives for therapeutic purposes. The aminochromane, aminothiochromane and amino- 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives are GlyT1 inhibitors.L'invention concerne des dérivés d'aminochromane, d'aminothiochromane et de 1,2,3,4-tétrahydroquinoléine représentés par la formule (I), ou un sel de ceux-ci toléré physiologiquement.
