PURPOSE: A door handle fastening structure is provided to prevent a door handle from being separated from a handle receiver with the help of a plurality of fixing units. CONSTITUTION: A door handle fastening structure comprises a door frame(30), door handle(200), handle receiver(100), a plurality of fixing units(300), and a plurality of anti-deforming units(400). The door handle is formed concavely for a user to grip easily. The handle receiver is located behind the front of the door frame. The door handle is accommodated in the handle receiver. The fixing units are applied to the door handle and handle receiver. The fixing units are held by the each other to prevent the door handle from being separated from the handle receiver. The anti-deforming unit is applied to the door handle and handle receiver.
