The metabolite ingestion component includes sea cucumber powder, sodium hyaluronate powder, methylsylfonylmethane powder, and creatine monohydrate powder. The anti-inflammatory component includes Boswellia serrata powder, Harpagophytum procumbens powder, and calcined curcumin powder. The oral absorption component includes Lactobacillus probiotic powder； and calcined dolomite powder.
