CONSTITUTION: A compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. The compound has a structure of chemical formula 1a. A method for preparing the compound comprises the steps of: reacting a compound of chemical formula 3 with a compound of chemical formula 4； and labeling a meta site of tyrosine of Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) with iodine. A gadolinium precursor is Gd (III)X_3. A SPECT contrast agent contains the compound. A SPECT/MRI dual contrast agent contains the compound.
