PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an erythrocyte from inside a cell originating from a living tissue, which is obtained from a cell suspension by concentration separation, and thus to perform the concentration separation of the cell originating from the living tissue which has high concentration.SOLUTION: A centrifuging container 1 provided herein includes a tubular container body 2 which has a bottom 2a closed in a tapering shape at one end and an inlet 5 of the cell suspension A at the other end, a first partition wall 3 which partitions the inside of the container body 2 into a bottom side space 7 and an inlet side space 8 in the longitudinal direction, and a second partition wall 4 which partitions the bottom side space 7 into a first space 11 being along the inside surface of the container body 2 and a second space 12 being inside the first space 11.
