The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an artificial tooth using a shade guide, capable of accurately realizing a shade of an artificial tooth by providing a mixing ratio corresponding to a shade of a tooth classified into various kinds. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: determining a shade corresponding to a tooth while comparing the tooth with a mixing guide having a predetermined mixing ratio of at least one of color powders, dentin powder, and enamel powder corresponding to each classified shade since the shade of the tooth is classified into different kinds in accordance with color, brightness, or saturation stages； preparing a material for realizing a dimension layer, a dentin layer, and an enamel layer of the tooth on the basis of the mixing ratio of the mixing guide corresponding to the determined shade； stacking a prepared material on an outer circumferential surface of a prosthetic core； and baking a core in which the material is stacked, at high temperature. The color powders in which the mixing ratio is set by the mixing guide include: dentin powder for realizing a dentin layer of the tooth； at least one primary color powder selected from orange powder, yellow powder, gray powder, blue powder, brown powder and transparent powder； and a reference color powder for forming a common color of each shade, and commonly mixed in each shade.여러 종류로 분류된 치아의 쉐이드에 대응하는 배합비를 제공함으로써 인공치아의 쉐이드를 정확하게 구현할 수 있는 쉐이드 가이드를 이용한 인공치아의 제조방법을 제시하며, 색상, 명도 또는 채도의 단계에 따라 서로 다른 종류의 치아 쉐이드로 분류되면서 분류된 각 쉐이드에 대응하는 색상파우더들, 덴틴파우더 및 에나멜파우더 중 적어도 하나의 배합비가 설정된 배합가이드와 치아를 비교하면서 치아에 대응하는 쉐이드를 결정하는 단계； 상기 결정된 쉐이드에 대응하는 상기 배합가이드의 배합비를 기반으로 치아의 치수층, 덴틴층 및 에나멜층을 구현하기 위한 재료를 준비하는 단계； 상기 준비된 재료를 보철 코어의 외주면에 적층하는 단계； 및 상기 재료가 적층된 코어를 고온에서 굽는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 배합가이드에 의해 배합비가 설정되는 상기 색상파우더들은, 치아의 덴틴층을 구현하는 덴틴파우더； 오렌지색파우더, 노란색파우더, 회색파우더, 파란색파우더, 갈색파우더, 투명파우더 중 적어도 하나의 원색파우더； 및 상기 각각의 쉐이드의 공통색상을 이루면서 상기 쉐이드 각각에 공통적으로 배합되는 기준색파우더를 포함한다.
