PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fastening structure for easily, surely, freely and safely mounting/fixing a mounting fixture to various body parts.SOLUTION: The fastening structure of a mounting fixture includes: the mounting fixture having a first belt-like part elastically extendable at least in a longitudinal direction and a second belt-like part elastically extendable at least in the longitudinal direction and a fastener having an insertion hole into which the first belt-like part and the second belt-like part are inserted.
