PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing a wrapped and fermented natural product extract is provided to enhance antioxidation, antiaging, whitening, and moisturizing effects by wrapping and fermenting natural products with the medicinal flowers. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition contains 0.001-30 wt% of a wrapped and fermented natural product extract which is prepared by wrapping or covering and fermenting natural products with the medicinal flowers. The medicinal flowers are selected from the group consisting of Puerariae flos, Chrysanthemum morifolium, Farfarae flos, Sophorae flos, lonicerae Flos, Buddleiae flos, Ledebouriellae radix, Inulae flos, Magnoliae Flos, Genkwa flos, Althaeae flos, Typhae pollen, and safflower. The composition is used for antioxidation, antiaging, skin whitening, or moisturizing. A method for preparing the extract comprises: a step of boiling and steaming washed and dried natural products for 30 minutes to two hours； a step of cooling the natural products at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour； a step of wrapping and covering the natural products with medicinal flowers in a jar at room temperature for 4-7 days； and a step of removing the medicinal herbs and extracting.본 발명은 약용 꽃을 사용한 쌈 발효 추출물을 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 천연물을 약용 꽃으로 싸거나 덮어서 발효시켜 제조된 쌈 발효 추출물을 함유하여 피부 항산화, 항노화, 미백 및 보습 효과가 탁월한 피부 외용제 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
