PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation composition for delivery to the lung by inhalation which improves the delivery of two pharmacologically active ingredients to the same area in the lung, or the whole of the area of the lung by co-delivery and co-location of a drug within the lung, and furthermore which improves the rate of dissolution of the pharmacologically active ingredient upon deposition as a dry powder within the lung bronchia and alveoli.SOLUTION: The invention provides a formulation composition for delivery to the lung by inhalation for the treatment of respiratory disease. The formulation composition contains an eutectic composition comprising two pharmacologically active ingredients wherein one of the pharmacologically active ingredient is selected from β2 agonists, anticholinergics, corticosteroids, methylxanthine compounds, antihistamines, decongestants, anti-tussive drug substances, PDE 1-6 inhibitors, or calcium blockers and salts, esters, polymorphs, hydrates or solvates thereof, and another is selected from tobramycin and ciprofloxacin and salts, polymorphs, hydrates or solvates thereof and optionally.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】肺内の同一領域あるいは、肺内での薬剤の同時送達および同時配置による肺の領域全体への、２種類のの薬理活性成分の送達を改善し、さらに、肺気管支および肺胞内で乾燥粉末としての堆積時における薬理活性成分の溶解速度を改善する肺への吸入送達用製剤組成物の提供。【解決手段】呼吸器疾患治療のため肺への吸入送達のための、一方がβ2アゴニスト、抗コリン薬、副腎皮質ステロイド、メチルキサンチン化合物、抗ヒスタミン薬、鬱血除去薬、鎮咳薬物質、ＰＤＥ１～６阻害薬、またはカルシウムブロッカー、ならびに、これらの塩、エステル、多形体、水和物または溶媒和物から選択され、他方がトブラマイシン又はシプロフロキサシン、或いはこれらの塩、多形体、水和物若しくは溶媒和物から選択される、２種類の薬理活性成分で構成される共晶組成物を含む製剤組成物。【選択図】なし
