The present invention provides a tissue treatment device, which combines an electromagnetic motor and a piezoelectric transducer. The tissue treatment device could be driven by the electromagnetic motor, the piezoelectric transducer or both of them according to the usage conditions so as to have the advantages about high feeding and cutting quantity for hard tissue, low friction, low cutting temperature and soft tissue protection.
