Die Erfindung betrifft eine Enterosorbenszusammensetzung auf Basis eines Siliziumspolymers aus der Gruppe, umfassend Xerogel von Polymethylsiloxan der Methylkieselsäure sowie Hydrogel von Polymethylsiloxan der Methylkieselsäure. Für die komplexe Gewährleistung der Normalisierung der Darmmikroflora enthält diese Zusammensetzung zusätzlich ein Polysaccharid aus den Folgenden: Inulin, Laktulose, Lignin, Fruktooligosaccharide, Alginsäure in Form deren pharmazeutisch annehmbarer Salze, Chitosan, Pektin, Pflanzengummi, Beta-Glukan.
