PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg-binding type small-animal trap which is used for trapping a small animal such as wild boar or deer, ensures safety in an easy operation, and secures certainty in a wire-squeezing action.SOLUTION: The small-animal trap is characterized by comprising a squeezing member 3 for squeezing a wire 2 spread and disposed in a loop-like state to bind the leg of a small animal, and a safety mechanism 5 for stopping the squeezing movement of the squeezing member 3, wherein the squeezing member 3 comprises a casing 3b in which a coil spring 3a is forcibly received, and a movable portion 3c which is fit to the upper portion of the casing 3b and is moved along the wire 2 by the elastic force of the coil spring 3a to squeeze the wire 2, and the safety mechanism 5 is prepared by screwing a safety pin 5e in a screw hole-having flange 5b projectedly attached to the casing 3b of the squeezing member 3, and presses a flange 5d projectedly attached to the movable portion 3c of the squeezing member 3.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 猪,鹿等の小動物を捕獲する足括り式の小動物捕獲装置について、容易な操作で安全性が確保され、ワイアの絞込み動作に確実性が保障されるようにする。【解決手段】 ループ状に広げられて配置されたワイア2を絞込んで小動物の足を縛る絞込部材3と、絞込部材3の絞込み動作を阻止する安全機構5とを備えている。絞込部材3は、内部にコイルスプリング3aが弾圧収容されたケーシング3bと、ケーシング3bの上部に嵌合されコイルスプリング3aの弾圧でワイア2に沿って移動してワイア2を絞込む可動部3cとからなる。安全機構5は、絞込部材3のケーシング3bに突出して取付けられたネジ孔付きのフランジ5bに安全ピン5eがネジ込まれて絞込部材3の可動部3cに突出して取付けられたフランジ5dを押圧するものである。【選択図】図1
