The present invention relates to a method for mass producing adventitious roots of Oplopanax elatus and the adventitious roots of Oplopanax elatus produced thereby. The present invention established a basis of a mass production system by inducing adventitious roots using the method for mass producing adventitious roots of Oplopanax elatus, propagating the same, and then finding an optimum in vitro culture condition therefrom. The present invention can be highly useful as the adventitious roots of Oplopanax elatus produced by the method of the present invention can be used for producing active ingredients of Oplopanax elatus and producing seedlings of endangered Oplopanax species.본 발명은 땃두릅나무 부정근의 대량 생산 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 생산된 땃두릅나무 부정근에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 땃두릅나무 부정근의 생산 방법으로부터 부정근을 유도, 증식한 후 이로부터 최적의 기내배양 조건을 규명함으로써 대량생산 체계의 기초를 확립하였다. 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 부정근을 이용하여 땃두릅나무의 유용성분을 생산하고, 멸종 위기의 땃두릅나무 종묘 생산에도 활용이 가능하므로 그 이용가치가 높을 것이다.
