The present invention relates to a medical laser operation tool in which a laser oscillator-embedded handpiece is replaced. A laser oscillator is embedded in a handpiece, and the handpiece is coupled to a transmission member connected with a body through a coupler to be conveniently detached. The handpiece is replaced corresponding to an operation purpose, and various kinds of laser operations can be performed by using one body. In a step of replacing a handpiece, coolant is not leaked from the handpiece but is collected in a coolant unit.
