The present invention relates to a PLGA nanoparticle including an antigen and an adjuvant and to a composition including the same to induce the maturation of an antigen-presenting cell. According to the present invention, the PLGA nanoparticle delivers both an antigen and an adjuvant to an antigen-presenting cell, and thus enhances the antigen delivery function of the antigen-presenting cell. Furthermore, the PLGA nanoparticle promotes the differentiation of an immature antigen-presenting cell, and thus can effectively mature the antigen-presenting cell.
