PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for quick intravenous administration of a triazole-containing ketolide antibiotic, typified by solithromycin, the composition comprising the antibiotic at a high concentration and causing no side effect, such as pharmacological pain, upon administration.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition for intravenous administration. The composition comprises: solithromycin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； and one selected from the group consisting of aspartic acid, glutamic acid, and histidine or a plurality of amino acids or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
