PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail capable of being stabilized without the whole handrail falling down undesirably even if the body weight of a user is applied, and capable of establishing a contradicting function such that a strut member and a handrail member can be moved to a wall side by avoiding interference between a base member and a wall surface.SOLUTION: A handrail 10 is constituted of a pair of strut members 14 being set up from a pair of base members 12 and each base member 12, respectively, and a handrail member 16 being built between the strut members 14.
