A system is described for performing vascular anastomosis without the use of sutures. The system includes a connector comprised of memory material and an incision seal. The connector has one end configured to securely engage a graft vessel and another end with wings and barbs. The wings are configured to securely engage an inner wall of a main vessel and the barbs are configured to lock with the incision seal. Once locked, the incision seal and the connector apply a clamping force that secures the graft vessel with the main vessel.Linvention porte sur un système pour la réalisation dune anastomose vasculaire sans lutilisation de sutures. Le système comprend un raccord composé dun matériau à mémoire de forme et dun joint détanchéité dincision. Le raccord a une extrémité configurée pour venir en prise de manière fixe avec un vaisseau de greffe et une autre extrémité comportant des ailes et des barbes. Les ailes sont configurées pour venir en prise de manière fixe avec une paroi interne dun vaisseau principal et les barbes sont configurées pour se verrouiller avec le joint détanchéité dincision. Une fois verrouillé, le joint détanchéité dincision et le raccord appliquent une force de serrage qui fixe le vaisseau de greffe avec le vaisseau principal.
