The reception part 5 comprises a first end part 5a, a second end part 5b, a central shaft C extending through the first end part 5a and the second end part 5b, and a storage space 54 for storing a head 3 of an anchor element 1. The storage space 54 comprises an opening 55 disposed on the second end part 5b and has a size so that the head 3 can be inserted thereinto, and a bore 51 extending from the storage space to the first end part 5a. The reception part 5 further comprises a dent 52 for storing a rod 100.
